Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Command.

Agreement
These terms are between you (or the organization you represent) and Brechin Capital, which operates Command. By using Command you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite.
Your data and code
You own your content, reports, and repositories. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Code changes Command proposes are delivered as pull requests; you decide what to merge, and you are responsible for reviewing it.
The widget
If you install the widget on your site, you are responsible for telling your users that feedback and session context are collected, and for having a lawful basis to collect it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Command to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attack or overload the service, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Third-party services
Command connects to services you choose, such as GitHub and Linear. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and liability
Command is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Ending
You can stop using Command at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On request after closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change and notify customers of material changes.
